Adaptaciones fisiológicas y resistencia reveladas: el efecto del entrenamiento físico estructurado en futbolistas juveniles de élite

Resumen

El entrenamiento físico mejora la resistencia en futbolistas. El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el efecto de un programa de entrenamiento Motophysic Fitness (MPFIT) sobre las habilidades físicas y técnicas de veinte futbolistas juveniles, con una edad media de 20 ± 1 años, altura de 1,71 ± 0,5 m y peso de 64,3 ± 5,7 kg. La intervención consistió en un período de 12 semanas durante la temporada baja. El entrenamiento MPFIT fue diseñado para mejorar la condición física en términos de resistencia, considerando las diferencias posicionales de los jugadores. Se implementó el Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test Nivel 1 (Yo-YoIRT1) para medir la resistencia antes y después del entrenamiento. Los resultados del Yo-YoIRT1 se evaluaron en función de la distancia total recorrida en metros, el nivel alcanzado y el VO2máx estimado. También se midió la frecuencia cardíaca máxima para analizar el impacto del entrenamiento MPFIT. El régimen MPFIT ofreció un aumento promedio del 2 % en el nivel de condición física de los jugadores en todas las posiciones. La prueba Z reveló que los valores p significativos para el nivel alcanzado y VO2máx fueron p = 0,004 y p = 0,02, respectivamente. El estudio proporcionó evidencia sustancial que respalda la viabilidad del régimen MPFIT como una forma innovadora de entrenamiento de alta intensidad, implementable tanto por los jugadores para autoevaluación como por los entrenadores para mejorar la condición física de los futbolistas.
