Editorial practice in gender equality

Naveg@mérica magazine is committed to following good editorial practices in gender equality:

• 60% of the members of the editorial and advisory committee are women. In addition, both the Secretary of the Magazine and the Webmaster are women.
• In the last three volumes, 50% of the reviewers have been women.
• The journal always includes the full name of the authors of the works it publishes.

Along with this, the editorial board informs the authors, in the publication standards, that they must use inclusive language in their publications and that they must include the full name of the authors in the bibliographical references consulted, with the aim of promoting gender equality in Science, as promoted from the agenda of the European Research Area (ERA: period 2022-2024, with action No. 5: "Promote gender equality and foster inclusion" ).
