THE MANAGEMENT OF THE ACUIFERS IN THE ARIA AND SEMIARIA REGIONS
Abstract
In spite of development of the Hydrological Science in the last thirty years, basic concepts for a rational utilization of groundwater are not known in the Spanish society. The aim of this paper is to show what is the meaning of resources and reserves of groundwaters, and what alternatives for the exploitation can be used in order to achieve a rational utilization of groundwater aquifers. In summary, some ideas are exposed tryns to help in a appropriate management of groundwaters.
