ADAPTATION OF VOCATIONAL TRAININS LO THE REQUIEMENTS OF THE DABOUR MARKET. EMPIRICAL STUDY REFERED TO THE COMARCAS CENTRALES OF THE COMUNIDAD VALENCIANA
Abstract
The supply of a vocational training that match with the qualifications the labour market needs is not always easy to get. The productive system at a local level generates important transformations that the regulated educational system cannot assume. In this paper we expose a working methodology to adequate the supply of technical degrees to the needs of the labour market, applying it to a concrete case: the comarcas centrales (in the Valencian Country).
