DOES THE LABOUR POLICY CREATE EMPLOYMENT?
Abstract
After a brief rev1ew of the evolution of the Spanish labour market and the politics implemented during the last two decades, the author also studies the principles of economic theory about disequilibrium between supply and demand of labour. The conclusion of that, is that full employment is possible of been reached since a set of economy measures of European dimension. The set of measures includes: training, technological and industrial actions which must be developed in a framework of negotiation.
