Introduction to the memorial written by the Moorish Jesuit Ignacio de las Casas (1550-1608) in 1607 on behalf of Father Cristobal de los Cobos (to 1553-1611), provincial of Castile from 1605 to 1609. The text, excerpted below, consists of 66 pages and is part of a set of four texts written by our author between 1605 and 1607, collected under the title of the Moors in Spain
