In animals with less depht chest we have tryed the way of work for a medial laparatomy, and the way transthoracic by 7th space inter-rip for animals of more depht chest. Dissection of the gallblader was done in both cases without removing the surrounding peritoneum, Results in both groups were satisfactory.
