Abstract

The Third World, or «the Third Worlds», approximately four fifths of mankind (mainly in Africa, Asia and Latin America) is an inseparable phenomenon of the decolonization of the fifties in the twentieth century. It constituted a powerful movement known as «non-aligned countries», it’s being its ideals progress. Starting from the oil crisis of 1974, that world economic has succumbed to the globalisation of the capitalist neoliberalism. Foreign debts condemn them irremediably ot poverty, political instability, tyranny and backwardness.
