SOME CONSIDERATIONS ON THE SPECIFIC RECOGNITION OF COMPATIBILITY OF CERTAIN PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES OF EMPLOYEES LOCAL PUBLIC
Abstract
This work gives an overview of the methods governing the regulations against the holding of multiple posts by civil service employees. It also studies the compatibility issues which ensue when private activities are combined with public office. It pays particular attention to analysing the legal questions which arise from the acknowledged conflict of interests when civil servants undertake specific professional activities that require a license, administrative ruling or certificate from a professional body.Downloads
