La trascendencia práctica de la "vinculación ideológica" en las empresas de tendencia en el ámbito de las relaciones de trabajo
Abstract
Ideological companies are those which try to set themselves apart from their competitors by openly stating their affinity for a specific ideology, usually political or religious, with a view to attracting potential clients with similar opinions. In truth, an ideological pledge constitutes an additional duty taken on by anybody who, either dependently or independently, enters into a contractual relationship with an ideological company. However, the most important repercussions of this ideological bond undoubtedly arise in the working environment.Downloads
