Propuesta de criterios para clasificar los niveles de condición física de los estudiantes de secundaria según el Programa de Educación General de Vietnam

Resumen

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo proponer criterios para evaluar y clasificar la condición física de los estudiantes de secundaria de acuerdo con los requisitos del Programa de Educación General de Vietnam para la Educación Física, al mismo tiempo que examinaba la viabilidad y la urgencia de dichos criterios en el contexto práctico de la evaluación estudiantil. La investigación empleó métodos de análisis y síntesis documental, entrevistas, encuestas sociales y pruebas pedagógicas para alcanzar sus objetivos. Participaron un total de 30 expertos, docentes, profesores y científicos, junto con 900 estudiantes, en la verificación de la base científica de las herramientas de evaluación seleccionadas, incluyendo su fiabilidad y validez, durante la selección y la implementación experimental de las pruebas utilizadas para evaluar y clasificar la condición física de los estudiantes. El estudio identificó finalmente seis criterios para evaluar y clasificar la condición física de los estudiantes de secundaria, y dichos criterios fueron validados mediante ensayos que confirmaron su viabilidad y urgencia en la práctica. Cuando se aplican de manera regular, estos criterios permiten evaluar y clasificar con precisión la condición física de los estudiantes, cumpliendo así con los requisitos del Programa de Educación General de Vietnam para la Educación Física.
