Marco de desarrollo deportivo regional basado en el potencial sociocultural local y la demografía en Aceh, Indonesia

Resumen

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo desarrollar un marco de entrenamiento deportivo basado en el potencial sociocultural y demográfico local en Aceh, Indonesia. El estudio utilizó el modelo de diseño y desarrollo de Richey & Klein con cinco etapas: análisis de necesidades, diseño, desarrollo y validación, implementación y evaluación, y revisión y difusión. Un total de 360 participantes tomaron parte en el estudio, incluidos funcionarios de la oficina de juventud y deportes, profesionales del deporte, entrenadores y atletas. Los principales hallazgos dieron lugar a un nuevo modelo de marco de desarrollo deportivo regional, que constituye una recomendación para el entrenamiento deportivo en la provincia de Aceh con el fin de aumentar la competitividad a nivel nacional y la contribución de los atletas en la selección nacional. Este modelo puede ser adoptado en otras regiones con características similares, particularmente en Indonesia. Además, aporta una nueva contribución a la literatura al enfatizar el papel de los factores socioculturales y demográficos en el desarrollo deportivo regional. El marco propuesto es flexible y puede apoyar el desarrollo deportivo futuro, especialmente en países en desarrollo que enfrentan dificultades para competir en deportes populares como el fútbol. Asimismo, promueve un cambio de enfoque hacia deportes con mayor potencial de éxito en pruebas individuales, basados en el contexto sociocultural y demográfico local, lo que puede mejorar las oportunidades de logro a nivel internacional.
