Comparación de la capacidad de toma de decisiones en jugadoras de fútbol desde la categoría sub-12 hasta la profesional
Resumen
El objetivo de este estudio fue comparar las habilidades de toma de decisiones de futbolistas femeninas de diferentes grupos de edad (U-12, U-14, U-16, U-18 y profesionales). Con este fin, se evaluaron la calidad y el tiempo de la toma de decisiones en función de los principios tácticos fundamentales de las fases ofensiva y defensiva. La muestra estuvo compuesta por un total de 63 futbolistas españolas, distribuidas en los grupos U-12 (n=12), U-14 (n=9), U-16 (n= 15), U-18 (n=12) y profesionales (n=15), que participaban en competiciones nacionales y regionales correspondientes a su categoría. La plataforma TacticUP® se utilizó para evaluar las habilidades de toma de decisiones (calidad y tiempo). Los resultados mostraron que no existían diferencias significativas en la calidad de la toma de decisiones (p>0.05), mientras que se encontraron diferencias significativas en el tiempo de toma de decisiones entre los grupos de edad en las fases ofensiva y defensiva (p<0.05). Específicamente, las jugadoras profesionales tomaron decisiones significativamente (p< 0.05) más rápidas en comparación con las jugadoras U-16 y U-12. Por lo tanto, se concluye que las habilidades de toma de decisiones de las futbolistas españolas difieren entre jugadoras profesionales y jóvenes, aunque dichas diferencias no son lineales.
