Efectos de un método de entrenamiento en jugadoras de voleibol de 13–14 años en Tirana, Albania

Resumen

El objetivo de este estudio fue mejorar los indicadores de habilidad en jugadoras de voleibol de Tirana, Albania, mediante un modelo de entrenamiento en tiempo real de 15 minutos. Un total de 30 jugadoras de voleibol, con edades comprendidas entre 13 y 14 años (13.0 ± 0.6 años), fueron divididas en dos grupos: el grupo experimental (N = 15) y el grupo control (N = 15). El estudio se llevó a cabo entre septiembre y diciembre de 2023. Durante este período, el grupo experimental realizó una intervención de entrenamiento de 15 minutos, tres veces por semana, mientras que el grupo control siguió el programa de entrenamiento estándar del entrenador. Las participantes fueron sometidas a mediciones antropométricas, que incluyeron estatura, peso corporal e índice de masa corporal (IMC). Asimismo, se evaluaron mediante pruebas de salto en cuclillas (Squat Jump, SJ), salto con contramovimiento (Countermovement Jump, CMJ), salto desde caída de 20 cm (Drop Jump, DJ), prueba de agilidad, cambio lateral de dirección, prueba en T, prueba de carrera de ida y vuelta (Shuttle Run Test, 10 × 5 m) y prueba hexagonal. Las pruebas se realizaron antes y después de la implementación del programa de intervención. El efecto lineal de la intervención fue estadísticamente significativo [F(1,22) = 53.797, p < 0.001], lo que indica la existencia de diferencias significativas entre los niveles de intervención. Los hallazgos de este estudio sugieren que la metodología aplicada es eficaz para comparar el rendimiento y permite a los entrenadores diseñar programas de entrenamiento en tiempo real para el desarrollo de componentes físicos específicos en función de las condiciones existentes.
