Relación entrenador-deportista y salud mental del deportista: 30 años de mapeo bibliométrico utilizando VOSviewer
Resumen
Este estudio empleó un análisis bibliométrico para examinar y visualizar la literatura sobre la relación entrenador-deportista y la salud mental del deportista durante los últimos 30 años, utilizando el software VOSViewer. El estudio identificó a los principales autores y países/regiones que contribuyen a esta literatura, siendo Estados Unidos el principal contribuyente en productividad investigadora. La colaboración científica tiende a ser más frecuente entre académicos de naciones o regiones con culturas, idiomas e historias compartidas. El análisis de co-citación reveló la estructura intelectual del tema, destacando los principales grupos de revistas interrelacionadas. Existen múltiples temas de investigación que se categorizan en estos grupos, como la relación entrenador-deportista y la salud mental del deportista. Estos hallazgos no solo mejoran nuestra comprensión del desarrollo y la efectividad de la relación entrenador-deportista y la salud mental del deportista, sino que también contribuyen al avance de la ciencia del deporte. Los resultados pueden informar el desarrollo de políticas de entrenamiento mejoradas, métodos de entrenamiento optimizados para apoyar el bienestar mental de los deportistas y enfoques innovadores basados en evidencia para la gestión de la salud mental. Por lo tanto, este estudio resulta altamente beneficioso para entrenadores, profesionales del deporte e investigadores en la optimización de la relación entrenador-deportista y el bienestar psicológico de los deportistas.
