Comportamiento agresivo en el fútbol indonesio: Relación entre las actitudes hacia el liderazgo del árbitro de campo y la cohesión del equipo
Resumen
Este estudio examinó las tendencias agresivas de los jugadores profesionales de fútbol de Indonesia y la relación entre la cohesión del equipo y las percepciones sobre el liderazgo del árbitro. Además, el estudio analizó la percepción del liderazgo del árbitro desde la perspectiva de la cohesión del equipo. Se utilizó el modelo relacional como base para la encuesta realizada como parte de esta investigación. Noventa jugadores profesionales de la Liga Satu Gojek-Traveloka de Indonesia participaron en el estudio, llevado a cabo con su colaboración. Se emplearon como instrumentos de investigación una escala denominada "escala de actitud hacia el liderazgo del árbitro", una escala titulada "escala de cohesión del equipo" y una escala titulada "escala de tendencias de comportamiento agresivo". El estudio mostró una asociación inversa entre la medida de cohesión y la tendencia de los jugadores a involucrarse en conductas agresivas. Además, podría existir una relación inversa entre la propensión a la conducta violenta y la calidad de la actitud asociada con el liderazgo en el rol de árbitro.
