Validez y fiabilidad de tres pruebas de agilidad estandarizadas para futbolistas Indonesios

Resumen

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la validez y fiabilidad de tres pruebas de agilidad estandarizadas. Participaron 36 futbolistas masculinos de la Facultad de Deportes y Salud de la Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, Indonesia (edad 19,31 ± 1,22 años; altura 168,62 ± 5,13 cm; peso 60,87 ± 8,97 kg; experiencia jugando 8,91 ± 4,67 años). Los participantes realizaron la Prueba de Agilidad de Illinois (IAT), la Prueba de Agilidad en T (ATT) y la Prueba de Agilidad Boomerang (BAT) dos veces por semana en distintos horarios para comparar los niveles de agilidad. Los resultados mostraron una validez alta y muy alta para las pruebas (r₁ = 0,951, r₂ = 0,748, r₃ = 0,889) y diferencias significativas en los resultados del retest (p < 0,05). La fiabilidad test–retest fue muy alta para todas las pruebas (r₁ = 0,943, r₂ = 0,809, r₃ = 0,939). Se observaron correlaciones altas entre IAT y ATT (r = 0,633), IAT y BAT (r = 0,725), y ATT y BAT (r = 0,698). Se encontraron diferencias significativas en agilidad según la posición de los jugadores: delantero, centrocampista, extremo, defensa central y portero (p < 0,05). Se concluyó que las tres pruebas de agilidad son válidas, fiables y efectivas para evaluar la agilidad y las capacidades físicas de los futbolistas masculinos en Indonesia.
