Abstract

The present paper addresses the need of developing well adapted faculty training programs for the effective construction of the European Space of Higher Education. The description of the experience carried out at the Universidad Europea of Madrid might be used as a basis of the reflection and, perhaps, as a starting point for the design of faculty training programs that assume the new requirements of European Higher Education.
