La historia de la delincuencia en la España Medieval (1998-2008)
Abstract
The history of criminality in Medieval Spain going through a moment of strong development. Historians have studied the context of sociocultural crime, its circumstances and punishment. Recently, however, greater interest is shown toward the concepts of honor, the universe of violence, and the public and private mechanism of conflict resolution. In the last decade, general studies about regional delinquency have multiplied, however, there are other subjects which have taken the attention of historians. The study of sexual crimes, homicide, injury, vengeance and capital punishment are among those which stand out.Downloads
