UNA DÉCADA (1997-2007) DE TRABAJOS SOBRE TEXTOS RELIGIOSOS Y JURÍDICOS DE AL-ANDALUS

Abstract

State of the issue of studies on andalusi texts of legal and / or religious kind between 1997 and 2007. Such studies have been grouped by themes, namely: political power and religion (which includes, among others, scholarly works on coins´slogans), the peculiarities of Islam in al-Andalus (the implantation of Malikism, the problem generated by the mosques, notarial documents, the status of women, criminal law…), andalusi editions of texts and studies on their authors, texts relating to Christian and Jewish minorities, and research on different legal and religious andalusi institutions.
