In this article is examinated the economic activity of muslim aljamas about market pont of view. About the realisation un aproximation of medieval valencian feudalisms framework and society of the southern Valencia Kingdom, on Elda’s valley, is analysited the mercantile aspect or orientation of farming production, particularly raisins, thought un renting contract and relation with others in this country and changes of products along XV century.
