THE VIAL ECONOMY OF THE ENERVATING PRODUCTS IN THE ANDEAN AREA
Abstract
Cocaine performs in a double field: it accompanies peasants daily life and it is an essential source of income since it is the main export in several countries. Nowadays, cocaine takes a clear role of raw material, and its contribution goes to the altemative economy. It is source or serions limitatios, such as the organization of transnational networks qualified for creating a state within the state, narcoguemlla, mafias, violence, etc. Howover, some advantages exist, as the profitability which guarantees the debt payment. The solution expectancy is complex. and regulating measures have not failed yet in grops replacement and in the obtaining of aids, despite the fact of the lack of options.Downloads
