IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NURSING METHODOLOGY IN THE INFORMATIC SYSTEMS OF PRIMARY HEALTH CARE.
Abstract
The application of computer science has supposed a great development, since it facilitates the accomplishment of tasks, it saves the time and it implies a greater quality of life. In the first versions of the computerized history that is used in Primary Attention the work of nurse used the biomedical model. At this moment the use of computerized history is implanted in most of the Independent Communities of Spain. The objective of this article is to obtain a global vision on the development of the methodology nurse in the computer science systems that exist in Primary Attention at national level, for it a descriptive study was made during the month of February of 2004, by means of a bibliographical search and contacts with the different Independent Communities. Diverse computer science programs in Primary Attention exist, being used the OMI-AP. With respect to the methodology use it is unequal and sometimes nonexistent. The used systems of valuation more are the 11 functional Patterns of Marjory Gordon and the 14 basic Necessities of Virginia Henderson. With respect to the used taxonomy, one works with the taxonomy of diagnoses of the NANDA. The use of an only computer science system would be beneficial for the set of the country, either using the OMI-AP or another program.Downloads
