Migrant affections in "El sistema del tacto" by Alejandra Costamagna
Abstract
Alejandra Costamagna's El sistema del tacto uses a family archive (photographs, letters, books and forgotten objects) to tell the story of several generations of a family marked by migrations, from Piamonte to Argentina and from here to Chile. Our work analyses the theory of the archive that the text proposes as a guiding thread to address its different levels of reading, especially the one that allows us to trace the genealogies and alliances between two generations of women.
