Aquiles bajo el melocotonero: Masculinidades épicas en "La Ilíada" y "El Romance de los Tres Reinos"

Abstract
Este ensayo estudia dos de los mayores exponentes de la épica literaria en Oriente y Occidente, El Romance de los Tres Reinos y La Ilíada, para analizar los modelos de masculinidad que ambas obras presentan a través de sus héroes protagonistas. Para ello, este análisis recurre a estudios críticos en literatura comparada centrados en la épica para estudiar en primer lugar los puntos en común que ambos textos épicos tienen. Después, aplicando las ideas del filósofo francés Louis Althusser sobre los Aparatos Ideológicos del Estado, se estudiarán las formas en las que estos textos épicos no solo reproducen identidades masculinas idealizadas, sino que también ofrecen modelos de conducta y pensamiento que invitan a la producción de identidades concretas.
