LA COMMEDIA DELL’ARTE EN RUSIA: GOZZI Y MEYERHOLD EN UNA ENCRUCIJADA ESCÉNICA
Abstract
Este trabajo analizará el carácter puramente performativo (teatral) de la Commedia dell’arte, el cual predispone las bases del teatro moderno. Para ello, nos serviremos de dos personajes fundamentales tanto en la teoría teatral como en la escena europea: por un lado, la figura de Carlo Gozzi – quien juega un papel especialmente significativo en el panorama teatral del siglo XVIII en Italia a raíz de la posición artística que adopta en relación a la reforma teatral goldiana – y, por otro, en el contexto del siglo XX, Vsevolod Meyerhold – quien revolucionará la escena teatral del pasado siglo y, a su vez, supondrá un punto de inflexión en la teoría actoral –.
