Abstract
La aparición de Roberto Arlt coincide con la fase en la que se hacen más evidentes los conflictos económicos y políticos que derivan de la inmigración masiva: el emigrante europeo se convierte en figura grotesca por su fracaso vital y por su vinculación con la marginación. Los personajes de su narrativa son héroes perdidos, desorientados en el laberinto moral de Buenos Aires, en una Argentina que él representa como una moderna Torre de Babel.Downloads
