LA FÁBULA Y EL TIEMPO EN GESUALDO BUFALINO
Abstract
El cuento titulado 'La fábula del castillo sin tiempo' es una rareza dentro de la obra narrativa del escritor siciliano Gesualdo Bufalino, desaparecido en 1996. El texto, publicado póstumo en 1998 en una editorial de literatura infantil dirigida por Girogio Tabanelli , en realidad presenta un fragmento escogido de la novela Il Guerrin Meschino, frammento di opera di pupi, publicada en 1991; un relato más extenso sobre el mundo de los cantastorie o juglares, que hasta bien entrado el siglo XX recorrían los pueblos sicilianos con marionetas de trapo y hojalata para representar historias tradicionales de caballería andante, como las de Orlando y Rolando o el propio Guerrin Meschino, desgraciado caballero salido de la pluma de Andrea di Jacopo Barberini en el siglo XV.Downloads
