EL TIEMPO INMÓVIL: LA REPRESENTACIÓN DEL ESPACIO EN LA CUENTÍSTICA DE HUGO BUREL Y LA SILENCIOSA SOLEDAD EN LA PINTURA DE EDWARD HOPPER
Abstract
La obra de Onetti destaca por su lúcida y temprana percepción de la tragedia humana y, en particular, del sujeto perdido en la gran ciudad. Con la redacción de El pozo (1939) inicia en la narrativa urbana, según Noemí Ulla, la “visión escéptica del mundo del espacio urbano de la ciudad capital” , continuada en “las novelas Pompeyo Amargo (1942), Estas ojas caen en otoño (1946) de Dionisio Trillo Pays, los cuentos Montevideanos (1959) o las novelas La tregua (1960) y Gracias por el fuego (1965) de Mario Benedetti.”Downloads
