Abstract

We propose the following work as a study based on conceptual categories, being a research project, supported by pillars of axiomatic values under which the perception of a patient before undergoing surgery and the same capacity of perception after is visualized and valued. objectively introduce information about the entire healthcare world that will surround you in the surgical area of a healthcare center, in the most reliable way possible, with the involvement of new information technologies (ICTs).

We are therefore facing a novel scenario in which developing a project that can respond to this scenario of uncertainty in the face of a surgical intervention can add ethical value to the daily work carried out by health and non-health personnel in the different surgical areas.

This project is viewed as a collaborative process between nursing, telecommunications, graphic design professionals, and the patients themselves and their previously detected needs.

It is necessary to document the stress that patients suffer preoperatively. This is an ethical necessity, not only a matter of clinical effectiveness and efficiency, the guarantee of mental health for patients who are going to undergo surgery is an act ad hoc to healthcare professionalism.
