Abstract

The productive transformations occurred in the malacitanos territories are not significantly until well into the first century a.C. Although the production of salted fish and associated sauces already looms in Republican era as an important pillar in the economic system, it will be from flavia stage when a notable expansion solidifies experienced in time bajoimperial. On the other hand, the production of olive oil is a later product malacitano economic scene, although it continued its marketing for much of the stage bajoimperial.
