Move some results of a research project in the province of Jaen, the Upper Valley of Guadalquivir river, where by way of emergency and preventive excavations, we have studied several aspects of the production of oil and wine that shows a huge strength of the sector from early moments of the roman imperian, in the Betica area traditionally defined as outside the sphere of production.
