AN INMUNOHISTOLOGICAL STUDY OF INFECTIOUS PANCREATIC NECROSIS
Abstract
An avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex imrnunohistochemical method using a polyclonal antiserum against the infectious pancreatic necrosis virus was applied to detect vira1 antigens in routinely paraffi embedded tissues of infected rainbow trout. A positive immunoreaction was present in severa1 tissues, particularly in pancreatic exocrine cells.Downloads
