Abstract

Nowadays, the groups of maghribian women who emigrate often come from cities and have less family charges than they had before; as a matter of fact, it has caused an increasing acceptance in the spanish society. Madrid, Levante y Andalucia are the main centres of reception, where housework is the predominant job for these women, due to the increase of the tertiary sector and the consequent involvement of the spanish women in it. Anyway, they can only fight for casual works (working for sorneone else). This kind of jobs are instable, unsafe and badly-paid. Finally, despite of the fact that several protecting imovations have been added to the legislation, this rernains being inflexible e.g. the comunitarian legislation.
