Abstract

This study touches upon the historical-philosophical perspective of concepts such as nationalism and immigration law in the past and at present. The author underlines the lack of stability of both concepts as well as the fact of how foreigners are gradually regarder as strangers, then as enemies, and finally as criminals. And finally, he concludes with a long reflection about the immigration law and the right of nation.
