Abstract

The development reached by the social media in the XX century and especially in their second half as well as the influence on the public opinion has been decisive for the development of certain events. To know the intimate relationship between press and warlike conflict it has been appealed to the last war liberated in the XIX century by Spain against the United States, then emergent wold power that extended their domain along the whole XX century.
