Abstract

The article tries to show the different points of reflection and consideration of the Bishop Belluga during his stay in Murcia, principally in referring to Custom reform, especially when dealing with feminine vanity and suitable moral aspects. For example in the improvement and perfection of the clergy or various related situations like working on bank holidays or the abuse committed in the paying of tithes. All of the above is expressed in the Edicto of 1715, as a code of the previous regulations and Pastoral Letters which have been published since his arrival, the latter not having been obeyed in the expected way.
