Abstract

Along the 20th century Spanish International Relations have been always studied from the point of view of the History of the Diplomacy or the Foreign Politics. But, nowadays Idealism, Realism and Positivism are misfi t since the moment that other agents, besides the States, the numbers and the politicians have been rooted in the International World Net. The 11th Sep. stopped the New-realism International based on «struggle of power» and «war of markets» and makes us see back to the «sociology» as an essential factor, capable of change the systemic world net. Politicians and historians ought to change paradigm of study of the Spanish International Relations with the projection connections on the future as the History of this discipline is showing their cyclic system. In this article we review the general state of external policies assembling them in a holistic paradigm from the crisis of 1898 to current transnational politics.
