LAW 1/2005, OF 9 OF MARCH, THAT REGULATES THE REGIME OF COMMERCE OF EMISSION RIGHTS
Abstract
This work intends showing the main instrument of the Protocol of kioto, greenhouse gas emission allowance trading. Of a brief form the basic principles of this market h state are enumerated that is regulated by Law 1/2005, of 9 march in the Spanish consequence of the Directive 2003/87/CE and by the different national plans from allocation corresponding to the different periods, being first of three years (2005-2007), and the second (2008-2012) and later of five years. In addition one both explains with detail administrative procedures contemplated by the Law, the allocation and the authorization of emission, basic at the time of a correct operation of the commerce of emission rights.Downloads
