Abstract

The work analyzes the topic of the patrimonial responsibility of the Public Administrations derived from terrorist acts in the light of the juridical Spanish classification, attending to the general and special regulation, raising the compatibilización of the system indemnizatorio with the compensatory one and proposing, of lege ferenda, the regulation of some questions in the future Law of solidarity with the victims of the terrorism.
