EL REGISTRO PÚBLICO DE RESOLUCIONES CONCURSALES
Abstract
After a brief introduction on the forms of public advertising in insolvency procedures, the work analyzes the «Registro Público de Resoluciones Concursales», foreseen by the article 198 of the Spanish Insolvency Act (Ley Concursal), after the configuration that gave to it the Real Decreto 685/2005. There are exposed the consequences of it creation, principally the problems raised in relations with the «Registro Mercantil Cental» and with other public registers. Finally, there is analyzed the current situation of this «Registro Público de Resoluciones Concursales» after the judgment of the Supreme Court of March 28, 2007 and the promulgation of the Royal decree 158/2008, that reforms it, with a brief critical conclusion.
