LA RECEPCIÓN DE LA OBRA DE BALDO EN ESPAÑA
Abstract
Study of the life and works of Baldus Perusinus and his influence in the juridical Spanish science by means of his direct teaching and, mainly, of his indirect teaching. To achieve such purpose, I do examine the works of Baldus that circulated in Spain as manuscript codices, as incunabula and as printed in the 16th century; its presence in libraries of Hispanic jurists; and how the books of «ius commune», in general, were accepted by Hispanich legislation and how, specifically, the doctrine of Baldus was canonized by the Catholic Queen and King.
