LAS COMPETENCIAS NORMATIVAS CEDIDAS POR EL ESTADO
Abstract
In the last years, the Autonomous Communities have approved a great number of legislative measures by virtue of the normative competitions that have attributed in relation with the different yielded taxes. This circumstance has led us to trying to analyze, the concrete measures approved by each of the Communities, but the general context of the transfer of normative competitions. This analysis we have constructed it in four paragraphs. This way dividing of seeing who there corresponds the ownership of the normative competitions, we happen to study of abstract form, what competitions are transferable and which not. Finally, the work realizes a study detailed of the competitions that are yielded in the different taxes.
