Abstract
The article addresses the issue of vulnerable adults’ protection in International and European Law, focusing in particular on the 2th August 2023 UN Experts’ Joint Submission on the package of measures adopted by the Commission to incorporate the 2009 Hague Convention on the international protection of adults in European Union law
