Abstract

This work analyses the election of public charges by the Regional Parliament of Murcia. After the necessary reference to the general theory of the Parliament participation in the designation of public magistrates, we will examine some problematic questions arising from the designation of Authorities by the parliamentary institution of Murcia. Among them, it is interesting to see the different instruments enabled to rule this function, specially the Authorities of parliamentary election or the electoral procedures. This work is closed by a critical consideration and some proposals to improve the current regulation.
