Abstract

The research aims to analyse the Consejo de Estado in Spain taiking the origin of the institution into consideration. The study tackles the Consejo de Estado in the Spanish Constitution and its statute law. Moreover, the research analyses the nature, composition and areas of competence of the Consejo de Estado at present.
