Abstract
En el debate contemporáneo, la literatura penal italiana ha identificado con claridad las principales cuestiones que operan en torno a una futura definición legal de dolo. En concreto, ha habido consenso sobre el hecho de que la cuestión más importante - "decisiva" en el plano aplicativo- viene representada por la forma "indirecta" de la responsabilidad dolosa.
