THE YEAR OF THE EUROPEAN CONSTITUTION
Abstract
2005 has become the year in which thirteen States from Europehave ratified the first common project of conviviality addressed to a large part of the old continent. In a chronic way, this article offers the keys for the Treaty that institutes a Constitution for Europe. It also looks on the exam of its juridical nature and contents incorporating the last issues of its ratification process.
