Abstract
The celebration of the fourth centenary of Don Quixote's first part publication serve as backcloth of this article which examines thejuridical matter contained in this work and, very particularly, in those scenes with a special link with the current Constitutional Law. It offers a quixotic tableau of some of the classic topics of the Constitutional Law: the social contract, the equality principle, the war and its causes and the freedom.
