Abstract

A controversial measure has just been introduced in Spain requiring companies to keep a daily record of their employees' working hours. This article analyzes the practical aspects of this new legal regime and at the same time offers proposals for the implementation of this form of control without generating too high a cost for the companies or raising conflicts with the legal representatives of the workers.
